Smart Design
This is the third project of the course. For this project, the idea was to create an innovative product, and provide a marketing plan and green cycle of the product.

Our idea
With our brand, we want to develop a bag that uses sustainable materials. Our suppliers are located in Europe and apply fair production. We also ensure that our finishing techniques are of a high standard so that we can deliver a quality bag to our customers. We also chose a trendy design that attracts people to choose us.
Sérélie
Sérélie is the name of our brand. This means calm and sweetness, and comes from the French word sérénité. We chose a French name because our style is Parisian chic.

Aurélie: beach bag Élodie: laptop sleeve Céleste: big bag Eléonore: compact shoulder bag Alizée: mini-clutch
Celèste
Out of the five bag concepts we designed, Celèste was the one we brought to life. This final model embodies the vision and identity of Sérélie. The silhouette is soft and elegant, with subtle volume and refined detailing. The bag was carefully developed using recycled fabric and finished with a strong focus on craftsmanship and functionality. Through this process, we translated our concept into a tangible product and built all necessary support tools: a technical file, marketing dossier, product sheet, and website.

My work
During this project, I actively contributed to both the creative and technical aspects of the development process.
I created the Digital Product Passport (DPP) and wrote the Code of Conduct, you can find on the website of our brand.
I also assisted in competitor research, defining the USP, and identifying the core and sub functions of our bag.
In addition, I worked on the development of the main and care labels.
Lastly, I helped with filming content for our brand presentation, giving a visual identity to our concept.
